Wholesale Only to Physical Stores
We only sell wholesale to the trade. At this time we are not adding any marketplace sellers. To be eligible, a physical storefront is required. Pricing on Culture Spot is wholesale. All prices are subject to change without notice. Certain quantity minimums may apply and are indicated on the individual product page.
We implement a strict 2X retail markup for all sales. Your account may be suspended if the minimum retail markup is not maintained. Please note that price bidding is not allowed for online marketplaces.
You can place your order online at culturespot.com once your account has been approved. We are available to assist you with the process so as to make it as easy as possible. You can contact us via the contact form on the website or give us a call between 10 am - 6 pm EST. Once your account has been created, we also accept phone orders. All sales are final.
Minimum wholesale order is $250 + Shipping
As a convenience to our customers we offer 25% freight cap on all orders (not valid for AK, HI). Orders are shipped using the most economical method. You will be charged the actual shipping cost if the freight is less than 25% of your order value. We process orders daily and aim to ship orders within 1-5 business days (exceptions may apply during holiday season). Depending on your order, it may be shipped via UPS, USPS or LTL Freight. Final shipping charges are disclosed before your order is charged.
Our web inventory is an accurate reflection of products that are in stock. However bulk orders may affect the available inventory at any time. All backorders are automatically cancelled. You may add an item to your wish list and reorder when the item becomes available. We are happy to contact you should you choose to be notified when a particular item is back in stock.
The following is true for all handmade products:
Skillfully created by artisans. Slight variations may occur in color, size and design that enhance the individual artistic character of each piece. Though our photography tends to be accurate, color discrepancies may occur due to the setting of your computer screen. We do not offer any warranty on the handmade products especially on jewelry and personal items.
Defects / Damaged / Returns
All damaged deliveries must be reported within 5 business days. Please save any damaged items in their original packaging for the claim. Claims may not be processed if the original packaging is not available. Depending on your order, proof of damage may be requested. All sales are final.
Orders are processed immediately after being placed. Once processed, orders may not be cancelled.
Most orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or LTL freight. The shipping company will make up to 3 delivery attempts to deliver your order. If a shipment is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or due to refused delivery, your order will be subject to our return policy as follows: Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling plus 20% restocking fees. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a credit on the amount you paid less shipping and handling (both ways) and a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.
